At Elevate Spinal Care, we are an out-of-network, self-pay office. This means we do not bill insurance directly, and full payment is due at the time of service.
We believe in providing exceptional, personalized care without the restrictions and limitations often imposed by insurance companies. Instead of letting insurance dictate your care, we focus on what your body truly needs to heal and thrive.
If you have out-of-network chiropractic benefits, we’re happy to provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that any reimbursement is strictly between you and your insurance provider — we do not correspond with insurance companies or handle claims on your behalf.
